SPRING ACTIVITIES
1. LIFTING - 3-5 x a week
-Building Mass, Strength, and Power
-Work on building habits of spending time and working on this for the summer
2. OPEN WRESTLING ROOM - Every Wednesday after school from 3:30 - 5:00
-Self Driven Practices with a practice/training

- Focus on technique and drilling during this time with optional live wrestling at the end.
