Powell Competes in Canada!

Dakoda Powell, an incoming freshman, was offered a special invitation this past month to compete for Team Iowa on a wrestling trip up to Canada. During this trip Powell participated in a camp that was held before the 2015 PanAm Games in Toronto. Also Dakoda competed in one tournament going 2-1 placing second, and competed with his teamates in a dual against one of Team Canada's National teams. Dakoda also won this match. Dakoda really enjoyed his first trip out of the states. One of his favorite memories were the hard workouts and training he, his teamates, and wrestlers from Canada went through.
